|Recommended: YesGood 1st year Apartment — The 2 bedroom 1 bathroom option is very spacious for four tenants. A lot of space to spread out and live . Vinyl hardwood floors in the living dining room are an added bonus and make for easy cleanup. The shared courtyard located in the middle of the apartments is a very nice amenity. Laundry on site is also a nice bonus. Walking distance to campus is about 20-25 to the Thomas Building and about a 35-45 minute walk to the Chambers Building. Walking distance to Beaver Stadium is about 15 minutes, which is an added bonus and convenience on game day. A white loop bus stop is about 5 minutes away located at the meridian. Plenty of parking spaces available on site additional fee but the spaces are very tight, even for a mid sized crossover vehicle. The apartments are generally quiet but noise outside the apartment can be heard from the shared stack stairwell also the windows are thin and noise from people passing by traffic can be heard additionally noise from the tenants above can be heard. Overall, this property was a great first place to live in. For the low rental cost, I would highly recommend to people who are on a budget if your budget is little higher, I would recommending investing in a property that is closer to campus and downtown.

|Recommended: YesFriendly and fun place to live. — everyone is real social and are eager to meet new people. It is also a quiet and nice place to live not far from downtown.
|Recommended: YesGood value while still being close and pretty nice. — The apartments are nice enough but there are some minor issues. Worth it for the price though. The courtyard is awesome when the weather is nice.
